Brandy S. Fulton, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Brandy Fulton is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in health care in 2004 right here in Jacksonville Florida. Since that time, she has logged nearly fifteen years of nursing experience in various areas of patient care (medical intensive care, surgical intensive care, coronary critical care, post-op anesthesia care and hospital administrative patient throughput). She has traveled as far as the West coast as a travelling nurse.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Brandy also has an outstanding academic background. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Fl. A Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA specialty Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Brandy has been an active advocate in the nursing profession as a member of the American Nurses Association, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority Inc. She has also achieved many accolades such as the Clinical Excellence Award, 100 Great Nurses Award, and a Spirit Award Nominee, all while being certified in Critical Care (CCRN).
During her free-time she has involved herself in mentoring opportunities in her community. She has coached and mentor majorettes at Jean Ribault Senior High School. She a board member of a non-profit organization Dr. Nurse, designed to mentor upcoming nurses and new nurses to the wonderful profession on nursing. Currently she manages her only son Christopher (12) travel basketball team The Jacksonville Trojans Basketball Association, INC.
